INTAC

The Individual Threat Awareness Course (INTAC),  is a direct descendant of the U.S. Army’s Individual Terrorism Awareness Course as taught by the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center at Fort Bragg NC. This DOD approved course has been reexamined and updated to reflect the ever-changing global environment involving of acts of terror and mass violence.

The course greatly benefits any DOD, Private or Executive Security Guards, as well as Civilians, while stateside and overseas. The training directly increases ability to recognize and react to threats or surveillance in their area of operations.

Detailed tracking and surveillance are conducted on the students throughout the week, and each student will be expected to sign a waiver allowing the surveillance before training is conducted.

• Active Shooter

• Various modern case studies

• Terrorist actions on the objective

• Hostage behavior

• IED recognition, including live demo shot

• Car bomb searches

• 8 hours of evasive driving techniques

• 8 hours of marksmanship training with concealed carry

• Foreign weapons familiarization to include AK Live-Fire

• Terrorist surveillance recognition

• Route reconnaissance

• Individual/ Hotel/residence protective measures

• Basic threat and vulnerability assessments

• Vehicle and foot movements Practical Exercise while under surveillance

• Understanding Criminal Threats

• Travel Considerations

• Signature Reduction
